Note: Not all ceremonies apply to this timeline. We are willing to work with you on your own schedule; however, depending on the size of your ceremony, we may require a certain amount of time in order to provide our best work.

6-8 months before:

Set up your complimentary consultation with Celebrate with Flowers (CWF). A member of our knowledgeable and creative design team will brainstorm ideas with you, discuss a workable budget, and formulate a floral proposal for your ceremony.

Shortly after, you will receive an itemized email describing your proposal. A deposit is recommended upon review of your plan.

2-3 months before:

Update CWF on any changes or new ideas you may have, by phone or email. You can also make an appointment to meet with your designer. All ongoing amendments will be noted and added to your emailed proposal.

The excitement is building, and we at CWF understand that your vision may shift throughout the planning process. Bridal party lists may change, corsage and boutonniere lists may alter, and budget can fluctuate based on wedding expenses. Stress levels increase, but we are here for you as experts in floristry. Rest assured that we will create a beautiful presentation for your ceremony.

3 weeks before:

We will meet to finalize your floral order, work out wedding day details, and accept your final payment. A receipt and contract will be provided for you at this time.

At this point, details for your wedding are moving toward completion. Your excitement is infectious, and we can’t wait to help you celebrate with flowers at your beautiful ceremony.

All wedding flowers per order will be provided. Corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl and toss bouquets will all be elegantly labeled. We will ensure that pick-up or delivery will occur at the time we have scheduled, because we know that time is of the essence on this important day!

*We offer a customized bouquet presentation and pinning for your wedding party and honored guests, as well as complete installation of décor. (Breakdown not available.) Ask about this service at your consultation!
